JFK Assassination Research Updates - by Dan Sarver

Updated as of 12/17/2008
  • It does appear to be corroborated that James Files, who is presently serving time at Statesville Prison, in Joliet, Illinois, was behind the picket fence, with Chauncey Holt and others, on November 22nd, 1963. His knowledge of ballistics, other participants and the meetings the previous evening at the Cabana Motel are overwhelmingly specific.
  • The fingerprints on the boxes on the sixth floor were those of Malcolm Wallace but why were they sequestered in FBI files for over thirty years? Wallace was an enigmatic character, part of the "Texas Mafia" and associated with Billy Sol Estes, Bobby Baker and LBJ. He was Student Body President at UT yet later arrested as a Cold Blooded Murderer. As you peel away the onion skins, the Assassination Story becomes more complex-not more simplistic.
  • The Single Bullet Myth was a hypothetical construction, created after the fact. With problems of timing, accuracy and the revelations of the Zapruder Film, Arlen Specter and Gerald Ford knew their thesis was no longer feasible. The theory was meant to salvage an untenable possibility: that one man, with that antiquated weapon, must have hit two men with one missile, in spite of the fact, that autopsy, trauma procedures, ballistics and eye witnesses refute the simplistic hypothesis.
  • AMWORLD was indeed an autonomous operation, sanctioned by Robert Kennedy, which would have provided for the invasion of Cuba on December 1st of 1963. The assassination of his brother disrupted this super-sensitive strategic operation.
